Lubricant Additives and Corrosion Inhibitors

InterKem produces proprietary corrosion inhibitors and other lubricant additives. Our products have a wide range of applications, such as rust inhibition in industrial coatings, petroleum, and other oil-based lubricants.

Barium Sulfonates

InterKem’s barium sulfonates are used in various oils and greases, such as petroleum ether detergent, extreme pressure lubricants, antirust oils, engine oils, and industrial lubricating oils running in a water environment.

Calcium Sulfonates

InterKem’s calcium sulfonates are used for automotive, marine, grease and lubricant, and coating corrosion inhibition.

Metal Free/Ashless Corrosion Inhibitors

InterKem’s proprietary metal-free corrosion inhibitors are unique in that because there is no metal content, there is no ash resulting from repeated use. This is a specialized product and we are proud to offer it to our customers.
